Cassidy was very helpful and friendly. The service was done fast and I like the new tracking that shows pictures of what they find. Wish you all kept a better variety of tires in stock.

I’m not dissatisfied, however when I got the car home I noticed both side panels just in front of the rear wheels were pushed out. Not seated in a plastic retainer. The car is lowered 1-1/2” inches the rear. I was able to push panels back in. Might want to cheer up the receptionist with some donuts or something like that. Kinda cold for a Friday morning. Just some feedback.

I am having a technical issue with my rav and was told to wait till my warranty runs out to pursue the issue. I would rather have guidance as to how to resolve the issue instead of being pushed out the door after my service. I called toyota customer service and they recommended having another dealer service department run tests. So if I can't get another service department to fix the issue then I can escalate the issue up they chain.
