I was charged twice for the oil change. When I called back, the representative told me they would have to check with someone else. She didn’t know how long it would take to refund the money. The reason I paid online was to save everyone time but evidently that system doesn’t work very good.

Gary did a fine job,nothing wrong with him or his service.Overall having the problem with the oil change in the first place was concerning and then having my wife and son have to sit in a lobby for 2 hours only to get a free oil change seems like an unjust compensation, especially seeing how the problem was caused by an oilchange in the first place

I Highly recommend Moses Toyota. I was having issues with my 4-Runner & they got me in the next day to have it checked out.
While I was waiting, a very nice lady stopped & talked to each one of us that was waiting & asked if we needed anything! Wow! Very impressed.
The parts department is unmatched too!! Michael Paxton was very attentive & made sure that my vehicle was ready to roll.
