I had a specific concern. I mentioned my concern when calling to schedule. I wrote down the concern when I dropped off my vehicle. I was never contacted about my concern. I had to call to ask. When I called and asked about my concern, they told me to come pick up my car. I asked again, and after a hold I was told that the part was ordered.
