Good luck. I needed a total price for the services that wasn’t covered by warranty. I tried several times to reach the service advisor by phone. The customer service representative from Toyota tried twice. We left several voice mails without a call back. Also the main person from the auto group even trained to get someone to answer and said they must be busy. I’ll not hold my breath for a call back, and really don’t want one
