Never received a call after service completion. I called back the next day to ask if the parts were ordered or what further instructions were needed. Never received a call about that either. I don’t know the next step for my headliner. The mechanic said needs parts and drop the truck off on the sheet to fix it but have no idea if the parts were ordered or what I need to do.

Bought new tires there vehicle wasn't properly aligned. Uneven tire wear/ rough ride paid 35k for used with extended warranty. Had to pay $200 for alignment. Truck still rides like a covered wagon

Hello, took my car in for an oil change, state inspection, new wiper blades, tire rotation, and filters due to recieveing a letter with discounts specifically about discounts on most of those, though not combinable outside of the tire rotation I believe? Either way. I reserved my appointment online. Once I arrived I gave my discount letter to the advisor, told him what I wanted and left. On pick up I didn't notice the oil change was missing from the receipt as well as any discount and was charged for the tire rotation as well.
