I received a message when I got home that my tires, back breaks, and rotors need replaced. I accepted the service but have since not received any contact from the service dept. the service manager told me everything was fine when the car when he handed me the keys. I guess they don’t want to help.

Hello, took my car in for an oil change, state inspection, new wiper blades, tire rotation, and filters due to recieveing a letter with discounts specifically about discounts on most of those, though not combinable outside of the tire rotation I believe? Either way. I reserved my appointment online. Once I arrived I gave my discount letter to the advisor, told him what I wanted and left. On pick up I didn't notice the oil change was missing from the receipt as well as any discount and was charged for the tire rotation as well.
