The only dissatisfaction I had was in getting an appt promptly. I called the day that the battery died 11/28 and was given an appt for 12/11. I contacted the service manager, who was able to get me in on 12/9. Meanwhile I was afraid to drive the car and risk not being able to start the car.
Thr Lexus definitely needed a new battery. Sitting in that car and freezing was not a pleasant experience!
The Lexus dealership is stellar when you visit. It is definitely the best customer service I’ve experienced.
