My issue was resolved. Took a little longer than I would’ve liked, but I didn’t have an appointment. It made it more comfortable having great coffee and snacks available…and a nice, clean, comfortable environment.

It was a very pleasant visit. However some of the things I had set up for the lights, seat, and other settings had to be entered again when I got back home. After driving the same car for fifteen years, it has been quite an adjustment for me. I really like my ES 350 Lexus.
Jim did mention there wasn’t any radio sound in the backseat. We clicked on the symbols for the sound, but it still isn’t working. Unable to find the answer in the manual.

Travis is always helpful, responsive & friendly. I had a loaner vehicle while mine was being worked on. He called to let me know it was ready, but I wasn’t able to go up to the dealership until almost 24 hours later. He didn’t hesitate for a second when I asked if it was ok. Some dealerships never give a loaner, let alone allow you to keep it an extra full day for your own schedule and convenience. Travis has helped me multiple times in the past, but this was the first time I actually met him in person (I usually do valet service).
