I appreciate the vehicle being picked up and returned clean. All service advisors were courteous, and the gentleman that delivered and returned the vehicle was very nice.
This service / fix of 2 recalls was scheduled approximately a month in advance. Initial contact discussed recalls, and said parts would need to be ordered to complete. 1 of 2 recalls was not fixed today due to parts never being ordered. Knowing a vehicle was scheduled for that issue to be fixed, the parts should’ve been ordered when the repair was scheduled (about a month ago). Now the vehicle must return for the fix in a week or so. It’s inconvenient.

Travis did a wonderful job! However, when I returned home with my car I was and remain unable to open the tailgate of my car. Neither the interior release button nor the exterior release button is working. I have never had trouble with rear gate opening before and am concerned that the work done to replace the water pump and the serpentine belt may have affected the tailgate’s functioning…

However, I am a little concerned with the fact last year new tires were put on my vehicle and at 30,000 miles it is already stated I need new tires. I received a quote for my tires and decided against it and called a local tire store who not only was less expensive, the tires have a warranty for 80,000 miles. It makes me question using Moses in the future on any needs for this vehicle or future vehicles.
