I don’t think Jaelea waited on me. This isn’t about her. When I went to check out, there was no indication that I had Lexus Care extended warranty, and I was being charged the full amount. I had to remind them and they had to look it up. I was also charged for the A/C repair that was a result of the collision center not completing something last fall when they had the vehicle for repair. Aaron suggested I speak with Pete from the collision center, but they gave me Dean, who has yet to call me back.

We have been customers for several years now and I’m sad to say that the quality of the service has gone down.
My husband recently had to show the technicians video of something he wanted performed on his vehicle. The technician initially replied that the car didn’t have said feature. Luckily the service manager let my husband speak to the technician, who saw the video and realized he was incorrect.
I had my car in there last week and mentioned an audible noise from the driver side tire.
I was told it was barely audible and that it would take a witch hunt to figure out what’s wrong with it. The sound is quite audible, so I felt feeling dismissed.
I’m just disappointed.
