Jaelea Watson was absolutely wonderful!!!! She explained things about my car that I had questions about!!! I got my car done!!! Got oil change, tire rotation, she helped me get new windshield replacements on my car!!!!
My car got washed/cleaned FREE!!! She explained when I will have the next car service needed… miles!!!

Everything from the service dept and pick up and delivery was excellent. But I did ask if they would wash my car and sweep out the front which they said they would but it was returned dirty. It’s just a little extra that I always expect from Lexus. Otherwise everyone did an excellent job of explaining what was needed and pick up and delivery was perfect.

I was offered a car wash. Which I was happy about. Just to get my vehicle home. To see spider web and swirl scratches all over my paint. Now I have to pay a shop to do a paint correction job on my new car! Other than that the service was good. Just wish that I would’ve know. That they were going to take a brush to my factory paint. Honestly thought they knew better.
