Every time you service our car and do the complimentary wash it comes back looking terrible. Huge spots missed, not rinsed so there are dirty water steaks and spots. This time when we made the appointment we specifically asked to not have it washed. When the guy came to pick it up we told him too. When our car was returned it was washed and looked terrible. Same issue where entire spots were missed and dirty water streaks everywhere. I know this is nothing major but if you’re gonna wash a car you should do a good job and not do such a poor job.

I scheduled service because a service light came on. I assumed the required service would be done. When I got the car back a change oil light was still on and when I called, I was informed the oil was not changed. I have no idea why.
