Giovanni did an outstanding job getting my 2025 Explorer in on a significant recall issue. He kept me informed throughout the process. Notably, he worked late to be sure I was able to pick the vehicle up without undue delay. He made a significant effort for me. I know he had many other customers to deal with at the same time he assisted me.
