Had a Warrenty part that was ordered months ago and was never contacted that it was in stock . Was told the part was sent back to Nissan due to a reason that was told had to do with inventory supposedly!
Brought my car in for a recall and oil change and the tech stripped my drain plug in the oil pan …
Communication is key for good CSI and not contacting me when the warranty part showed up to install isn’t going to cut it …

The issues with car were fixed and they did a great job. The problem we had was once the car was finally ready it was filthy. Definitely not picked up the way it was dropped off. The inside had white like substance that was on the seat, floor board, and on the part of the inside of the door. A brand new car that we had only for days before putting back into your care never should have been returned to the owner that. I have pics that I’d be happy to share with you.
