Our appointment was Thursday but my husband drop it Wednesday then I called Friday morning asking if my husband truck is done but they. Never check it yet thy said we’re busy and back up . My question is why you guys book appointment if you cannot handle . That truck is use for business, so we’re not happy on your service we are not recommending Nissan auto service to anyone .

I understand that warranty procedures are out of your guys hand. I had to call every time to get an update as I wouldn’t receive any phone calls from the dealership. I called 2 hrs in advance before going to pick up the car and they gave it to be dirty. After keeping the car for 3 weeks didn’t have the courtesy to at least wash the car.

My Husband was there timely for our 8:00 am appt. There were 2 other people there before him without appointments. Another person without an appointment showed up well after my husband and that person’s vehicle was done the same time ours was. It is my understanding that those with an appointment take priority over those without one. This experience contradicts that, and speaks loads to someone who’s last 3 vehicles were Nissans purchased from your company. Not at all impressed by this experience and makes me question if the loyalty we have with Nissan is reciprocated. You asked…so I’m telling you.
