Worked with Ismael for years, he always provides excellent service and always insures I am taken care of. Honest opinion, I wouldn't return to Selma Nissan for anything to do with the sales department, but I'll go for the service and always ask for Ismael. I also talked to one of the techs working on my car today and he was very respectful and I thanked him for working on my vehicle.

It was a waste of time. I went in and let the guy at the desk know that the alert speaker is blown out and asked if it was covered under the warranty. He said before he would let me know it was going to be a $220 diagnostic fee. Why couldn’t he just tell me straight from the beginning whether it was covered by the warranty instead of making me pay it $220 diagnostic fee. If he would’ve said it was not covered under the warranty I would’ve said OK and been on my way. Just seems like he wanted me to pay $220 for no reason and possibly just to tell me that it wouldn’t be covered under warranty.

He is friendly and my husband and I appreciate it. He went above and beyon with our pathfinder to make the longer wait we had seen not so bag. That's important. Also he takes care of us with our sentra also. Great guy to have at the front desk at the service center!
