They couldn't figure out what the problem was and we were ther 6 hours n we had not even had breakfast or lunch and my wife is a quadriplegic and I wating for a call back to take it to a chevy dealer and so I called back left a message to a to one the the workers at the service department so I can take my truck back to figure out what is wrong with it i understand there really busy so I get it just want to resolve the problem with my truck I luv my truck just want it it fixed don't want to damage it more

The customer service great.!! It was my first experience to have my car serviced. My husband always took care of those things. I bought my new car by trading my husbands new pickup for it at Coast Nissan. I drove it home to Kingsburg and it sits in my garage. I rarely drive other than around town. I never had it serviced or used my free wash so when the light came on for service. I was surprised/disappointed I had to pay for it cause I didn’t buy there. So happy i got a free wash!!

I think Mr. Aranda did an Awesome job considering Nissan just started a new program regarding checking-in your vehicle.
