My vehicle was done at 11 i watched them pull it out they waited until 12 to let me know so they could charge me for 2 hours of labor instead of 1. Plus they said 315 dollars that went up to 350. So no not happy at all

Your shop will not inspect the issue I have with the collision sensors. They are rude and one time when I called them on it, they said they would transfer my services to Groppetti, which never happened. I had to have Groppetti
perform warrenty work beause your people refused to even investigate My car has never been washed. They guy on Saturday said you might not be offering Saturday service anymore. If you do not want to service our car, transfer my service to Groppetti. They want to service our car.

My appointment was at 9:45am. The advisor said my vehicle would be ready around 11:30am because they close at noon. I didn’t get car until 12:30pm. I saw other vehicles come and go in that time. I believe this service took too long and was a waist of my time.
