Brian called me and left me a voicemail about the inspection on my vehicle for something he said was a safety issue. I called him back and left 3 voicemails across 4 hours and he didn’t return a single one of them. When I went to pick my car up he asked if I’d gotten his voicemail and I said yeah and I left you 3 and you never returned my car! I was considering having the dealer do the service since it was already there but his inattentiveness cost the dealer a service sale. I don’t want to do business with him again.
