Brought my vehicle in at 7:45 with an appointment and it took over 2 hrs just to get into the bay. After getting the car back I noticed the tires were not rotated as requested. I was compensated slightly fo the long wait. I typically get a shuttle home and called no sooner than I get there that car is done. Today it was a polar opposite experience.

Mr.Verdugo was not supposed to be my advisor. With that said, my experience with him was the worst as he was not transparent about what I was being charged. He simply said, "Do you want to go forward or not?" When I asked for specifics, he said it again. I chose to go forward anyway, but I remarked that I wasn't pleased with the cost. I then went to the service manager's office several times, but he was never around. In the end, it was concluded 2 hours later that the facility did not have the tools to do the work, so I told Verdugo that he ruined my experience. I asked to speak to Mike, the service manager, but he was not available for any of the time I was there. Finally, I collected my vehicle and left. I will never come back here again.
