I was not happy that I had to get reimbursed from my extended warranty instead of payment being received by the dealership. I know that could have happened but I could not leave my car there until the check was received. I have been happy with the employees but with this recent experience and changes I am not happy with the new owner and the changes they are making. It is not in the interest of their clients.

I will try this again. The last one did not go through. I was very happy with the service and they finished the job at a timely fashion. The only complaint that I have is that they were in a meeting and they were four of us waiting that had 8:30 appointments. They need to do the meetings before the appointment time starts.
