Showed two scratches on my paint to service advisor that helped me when I picked up my truck. He took photos and said he’d tell my service advisor, Mike, who had already left for the day. Still haven’t gotten a call on how it’ll be resolved.

Horrible service. A simple 10,000-mile oil change took nearly 3 hours. I was never greeted by the assigned service representative, Isaac ****, and I received no updates on my vehicle throughout the visit.
At one point, I noticed my car had been parked outside the service bay with the engine running for at least 30 minutes. I eventually had to go turn it off myself. After that, I continued waiting and later noticed that my vehicle appeared to be completely finished and ready for pickup, yet it remained parked for another 15–20 minutes without anyone notifying me.
I finally had to go ask if my car was finished because no one had provided any updates. When I spoke with Isaac **** about the situation, he simply tried to place the blame on the technician for leaving the vehicle running and for the lack of notification that my vehicle was ready. As the assigned service representative, I would have expected accountability and a reasonable explanation rather than shifting responsibility to someone else.
I understand that vehicles may need to be moved during service, but leaving a customer’s car idling for over 30 minutes is unacceptable, especially with today’s fuel costs. The lack of communication throughout the entire visit was equally frustrating.
Overall, I am extremely dissatisfied with this experience. There was no sense of urgency, communication, or concern for the customer. The entire process felt unprofessional and careless.

I called 3 times to get an update on my car and requested a call back each time. I never once received a call. When picking up my car I was told I should get a call when the parts arrive but if not to call and check in. I understand the business is busy but this is unappealing and makes me want to take my business elsewhere in the future.
