Appreciating the service department supervisor's helpful efforts, I could get it done on the scheduled day. I took the car in to see why it smells foul. Gabriel later came to tell me I needed to change my cabin filter because there was dog hair and even cat hair. He also mentioned that I needed to have the air conditioner refresher kit done on my car. I let Gabriel know that I just changed the cabin filter in the previous oil change and that I have never had any dogs or cats in my car. I then let him know that my RAV4 is a 2023 with 26000 miles. Why would I need an air conditioner refresher kit that will cost me 231.69 when we have not figured out why my car stinks. Gabriel then brought me the cabin filter to see it and yes it was a little dusty but was not bad . He mentioned he would dust it off.I then asked him is this what is causing my car to stink . No I just wanted to show you . I bought a brand new car to not have anyone else’s problems and I have had all my service requirements done there and all I want to know is why it stinks like foul moldy smell. I was very frustrated and I asked Gabriel that I wanted to talk to the manager but he was in a meeting and I am still waiting for his call. How unprofessional is that.
