Problem is still occurring after the 2nd time I have brought it back. I asked to see the part that was being replaced because i had brought it back in a week and all of sudden the diagnosis was made for this specific part. On pick up the part was not located in my vehicle and the sound that I had brought my car in for is still being made. Chassis ear was used to determine the diagnosis but I can hear the sound without any sort of equipment just by driving the vehicle. So now I have payed for two wheel alignments and a 1100 dollar service to repair a part I don't even know if it was needed.

I understand Gabriel was off when I’d dropped off the car the day before my service,but the service dept at Hoy Fox is scrambling,missing little items the have turned into costly maters on my vehicles.Staff seems overworked and can’t even do a courtesy call to keep customers in formed on status of vehicle.When mentioned to staff Inwas given an answer that he has his customers and covering for coworker.If mad stay home!Very unsatisfactory.Not sure were Service Dept fell off .But hey I’ve been going on 10yrs.a paying customer and service dept has turned terrible.Please get it together it’s costing me money!

I left my car on Saturday for an oil change and battery change. I was told I would get my diagnosis done by Monday and I didn’t get any update until Tuesday morning. The labor of an oil change and battery change took longer than a day apparently and my car wasn’t available for pickup until Thursday. They did have a power outage on Wednesday but I don’t think the amount of work should take longer than a day or two max at any other shop. Don’t take your car here
