My car was left all day at Toyota and I stopped by to pick up my car at 3:30 p.m and no one bothered to check if it was ready like if anything was wrong with it till I arrived to pick it up. The check engine light was on and there was some sort of plastic loose that when I turned on the car it like struggled to turn on. I did let Jose my customer rep know that if I was married had a husband I wouldn’t bother taking my car to you all since they did a crappy job. My car was there ALL day …this was ridiculous!!

Avelina was great! But everytime I take my car for service there’s always something new and this time last visits issues from March were not even addressed. So that part I was not very satisfied, it gets confusing. But as far as Avelina she does her job great!
