Great two-day experience. First day, went in for a scheduled oil change. Got in and out quickly. Appreciate the in-real-time updates on work and recommendations. Got both air filters changed as well. My service advisor was great. Didn’t do the online payment, but appreciate the option.
Second day, called in the do a walk-in for tire alignment. Pleasantly surprised that I was told to come on in and that the work was dine quickly even though I was walk-in. Mike Torres took great care of me again. Thank you for getting me in and out so quickly.
Really appreciate the waiting area. Television was available…enjoyed Roseanne both days. Coffee and hot chocolate were both available. Loved that. And I always appreciate the clean restrooms. Best waiting area I’ve been in at any service department. Second to none.

I took my car in on Monday 7am, called to ask how it was going & told me it would be ready at 3:30pm, called at 3:30pm to tell me it wont be ready cause it needed brand new tires (clearly they never looked at the car until i called) the car stayed overnight, got it tuesday 2:30, they told me the tire adjustment light would come off when driving, it didn’t & started flashing & saying malfunction on the screen on wednesday afternoon. So you tell me, how am I feeling with the service?

Always the wait time is unbelievable, 5 hours to change the oil and filter?
Also when I received the text of the amount i should pay it was $79.99 and when i went to pay they charged me 99.89 as the first amount is without tax. After receiving the receipt the tax amount shows only $2.60 which means i should only pay around $83.00!!
Toyota do better.

Everything went well with Mike Torres. He did explain enough on what services I would be receiving. It is not his fault but I noticed on my dashboard the miles does not show. It tells me how fast that I am going. The digital display is gone so I will bring my car back tomorrow morning.
