I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the customer service provided by Mike during my recent visit for an oil change. This service was covered under my extended warranty; however, I was incorrectly charged for services intended for another vehicle, as Mike offered me services not applicable to my own. A refund was not offered, and I was simply advised to seek him out during my next service appointment.

I called for a appointment fir Saturday and the person i spoke to told to bring it in and they take care of my 20.0000 Mike service and take a look at my brakes that were squeezing when I reverse.when I got there Saturday the attendant want to charge for a diagnostic check on the brakes and I explained to him exactly what the told me over the phone. So then Manny came out and he told me there was a issue recall with the brakes so he said if I could leave it till monday I agreed. No call on monday or tuesday I then called for a update and the attendendt somebody would call me back but no one did. I called back on wed and they told me my truck would be ready at 11 am at 4 pm I get a text that my truck would be ready the next day at so I finally picked up my truck on thursday and the could of least washed plus the did not put a updated milage sticker for my next oil change im very disappointed with the lack of communication and poor customer service.

Avelina never checked me in. Nor acknowledged my presence when I returned later to check status of my truck. Micheal Mendoza check me in and found out status for me. I even talked to assistant manager about issue. Phone calls should never be as important as customer present. Her customer service was unacceptable. If I spoke Spanish. I would has a few words for her. Thank you. Give Michael a raise.

The service on the vehicle was completed within 30 to 40 mins after arriving to the dealership. That is great. Please commend your mechanics for the great job that they do. The problem is the vehicle sat on the side of the dealership for over 40 mins even after I notified the representative that the service was complete. I waited longer to pay and get my keys than I did for the mechanics to actually do the service.

It took tooo long just to do an oil change, alignment and to change a filter 4 hrs for that. I had to be calling and checking in to see when it was ready I believe you have an opportunity in that area. José said that because he was outside but i believe you can put in a system of first in and out. and set the keys to who is next if that is an issue i do t believe he was out there the whole time. I even overheard another client complain about the same issue

Lack of communication...no updates on my vehicle until it was ready for pick-up. Not good if you have to set up time to leave work to pick up your vehicle. Would be nice to know ahead of time estimated when your vehicle will be ready. To not have any human interaction is unacceptable.
