My truck was ready and I went to ask her and she says it wasn't ready yet. I went couple of times because my truck was parked outside and she didn't wanted to finish the papers until the 3rd called that I did to her. An oil change took her 2 hrs to completed even with the appointment.

Very confusing/frustrating process and communication lacked. Tried calling multiple times and left messages. No response. Car was promised for Thursday or Friday pick up and got no word until I called in Sat. Service advisor was out and I find put vehicle would not be ready until the following week. Then when car is ready for pick up, price shows up different than what was discussed/approved amount on payment link. It was Avelina's day off and she told me to deal with Fernie. Ultimately, Fernie the manager (who is excellent) made it right, but communication with Avelina was poor/non existent at some moments.
