We had scheduled for a part to be changed. I called and they told stated they ordered door handles. That’s not what we needed. The girl in parts told me they had the part in stock I go and then Gabriel tell us it’s the wrong color and the switches won’t fit. Now I have to take another day off work to take the truck in and it’s just such a disorganized situation every time we go. No one knows anything. Nothing gets done. No one takes accountability and then we have to end up going several times to get simple things done. This company has really decreased in quality over the last 3-4 years.

I waited 30 minutes in my car. I had an appointment. I got there on time. If the person assigned to me can’t make it because he’s busy, he can ask someone else to help out.
