I did not appreciate all the oily hand prints left in my car. I do my own oil changes on my the other vehicles and never leave prints like there were on the hood, fender, door pillar. Both sides!!

When I saw my vehicle returned to the service waiting area, I waited for 10-15 minutes for Ashley to come and advise me that I was ready to check out. When she didn’t show up, I checked in her empty office, and sat there awaiting her return. After a few minutes, a young man came in to advise me that she had “stepped away” from the office, and he advised another service coordinator, who was nice enough to cash me out. I had the same “less than warm” reception on my initial arrival, waiting 40 minutes to be checked in.
