I took my vehicle for oil change and some concerns I had regarding my vehicle, first they took 6 hours for my vehicle to be ready and they didn’t even had the time to look at my concerns, I was disappointed regarding the service as had enough time when stating my vehicle was supposed to be ready in 3 hours.

We had scheduled the 50k mile service for a 8:15 drop off. My car wasn’t ready until 4pm. I ultimately had to call at 3pm, which at that time there was still no update. Without our car, we were unable to do other plans or errands on our Saturday. It seems unreasonable to take 7 hours to perform a standard service, especially when we had a confirmed appointment, guaranteeing the work and time for that day.
