No I am not satisfied.i went there the first time and they did an inspection on the car! Never did they say the rims were bent. Then the second time I was told they are bent?? It would be obvious the first time. When I questioned Ivan why is he telling me the second time he inspected the said that it was on the report the first time that I missed it! So when I saw him in person he changed the story that it was not on the first inspection report. Then I agreed to have him fix the rims but he did not tell me they were gray. Has he told me they were gray I would not agree. Who want 2 chrome and 2 gray rims???? Then after he changed the rims he told me the back rims were bad too!!!! Who operated like that? Why did he not tell me that before??? It's like he knew how to get money from me little by little. I feel cheated and misinformed. This service people are about commission not about helping. This survey will probably be going to Ivan and then tossed. There is no man in this world that would 2 gray rims and 2 chrome rims on there car. I am a woman and even I think that is tacky. For Ivan to refuse to give me a refund is absolutely disturbing. He also lied to me that he was going to dip the rims to be chrome but he wanted to trick me into driving off and then telling they could not find a place to dip them. I also called while I was there to an El paso rim store and they said they knew of no one in El paso that dips rims!!! I feel ripped off and defrauded of 1400.00.it took two and then three inspections to telle all 4 rims were bad but I was only told about the front at first then the back two when I went. Who would anticipate that kind of service?

You are sending messages to the wrong person. Now when I get my car serviced I won't get messages cause it says I have opted out of messages. This whole thing leaves me wondering if someone else is using my warranty coverage for someone else car. Never had an issue with the multiple cars i have bought and serviced there. If someone can call me when to confirm my account is not being used.
