Seems like maintenance appointments are overbooked. Not a great experience for a high-end car dealership.

More accurate estimates of time. When I arrived (I had an appt) I was told it would be approximately 1.5 hours and it took 3 hours. I would have dropped off the car and left if the estimate was more accurate.

I reported an issue with the driver side door not unlocking. Service Team indicated to Service Agent the problem was resolved by changing the battery in the key fob...it didn't fix the problem. Service Agent asked that I make an appointment for a later date to have the problem addressed.
