Ivan did great. He had to order a battery and got it installed and ready for pick up by noon the day the battery arrived. It was the second time we had to bring the car in for the same problem. Not starting right away. The first time, they said the battery passed. This time, they said it didn't.

He only advised what I need. I am a car guy and mechanic myself he did not know that but I could tell he was honest and wanted a return long lasting customer.
