When I saw my vehicle returned to the service waiting area, I waited for 10-15 minutes for Ashley to come and advise me that I was ready to check out. When she didn’t show up, I checked in her empty office, and sat there awaiting her return. After a few minutes, a young man came in to advise me that she had “stepped away” from the office, and he advised another service coordinator, who was nice enough to cash me out. I had the same “less than warm” reception on my initial arrival, waiting 40 minutes to be checked in. Based on a couple other customers I commiserated with, the world class service I’d experienced in all past visits was no longer available

The VCS AND VGRS light said go to lexus dealer. I paid $87 for the diagnostic and the VCS AND VGRS light was still on when I started the car in the lexus parking lot. There was no worker to be found. It was about 5:40 pm. My car was at the lexus dealer from around 9:30 a.m. till I had to call and leave message about status. I got a call back around 4:00pm.
