Promised time for maintenance was two hours overdue, while
I waited in person. I was not checked in personally. Only received a text saying I had been checked in. Was told there were no loaner cars available.
Seems like maintenance appointments are overbooked. Not a great experience for a high-end car dealership.

More accurate estimates of time. When I arrived (I had an appt) I was told it would be approximately 1.5 hours and it took 3 hours. I would have dropped off the car and left if the estimate was more accurate.
