I had scheduled my service because of a recall notice for the transaxle. When I called Lexus they told me that they needed to order the part first and then they would call me to schedule the appointment. A few days later they called me and scheduled the appointment. I took the car in and dropped it off. Then I was called and told that the fuel pump had been replaced in my car was ready to pick up. I asked about the transaxle and they said oh let us check into it and then they came back and told me oh there's a recall on that but it'll take 2 weeks to a month for that part to come in. But that is what the appointment was scheduled for.

Ashley was great as a service adviser but we have major issues with the tires on our car and we left without answers or a plan. We were told we got a faulty set of tires (they came with the car when we bought it but are already falling apart) and that we would hear from a manager later on it. What can we do to get better tires that are safe to drive with?
