Yet Ashley treated my matter with diligence and attention much as I would expect she would handle her assigned customers. It took a while for the process to be completed. I will point out, though, that unrelated to Ashley, access to the Lexus services resource via phone took inordinately long to receive attention and not in keeping with the Lexus standard.
