Michael was great! I called Toyota Friday morning,spoke to Mike and explained car dead & I had to go to physical therapy. I dropped car Friday (after AAA jumping my car and PT) I was told to make appointment for Monday…. As Toyota would probably not get to my car Friday or Saturday. I was fine with that.
But I had 2 appointments on Sunday…. I also cannot drive due to recent knee replacement so need people to ride me, so wasn’t sure to cancel or not.
So, I thought I would just check with Toyota “Saturday” to check on status of my car.
Called Toyota 3x and left voicemail for Josh (who I dropped car off with Friday as Mike was gone)…. Also texted a Toyota number to ask status of my car……. As again had to get back to my riders for Sunday appointments. At 4:45pm Saturday, told the girl that answered could I speak to someone. She said yes, she saw someone was free…. But back into Josh’s voicemail!
Again, I know I was told most likely it would be Monday, but someone could have called back “out of courtesy” with status.
I work at an office… so I understand customer service.
I’ve always had good service at Toyota…. In the past.
Today, Mike promptly called me to explain what was done to my car, and it was ready for pickup.

The mechanic noticed that my oil had overflowed and recommended an oil change. I only get my oil changed by Shorkey. Michael asked me if I added anything to my oil to which I said no. When it came time to pay I asked Michael if an oil change was performed to which he said no and that some of the oil was just taken out. Two issues here. The previous technician overflowed my oil when it was changed. Second, the technician recommended an oil change but when it the fault of the previous technician, an oil change was no longer “recommended” and instead oil was taken out. Why wasn’t oil taken out in the first place instead of recommending an oil change. I felt like the technician was trying to make money off of me.

I wanted to add that this is the same negligence that I had with this advisor when I was told I needed a new key for my car. I was given a key that didn’t work for my car and I had to schedule a new appointment to get a replacement. If it wasn’t for the other advisor, I would have had to pay more for this mistake. If I could rate a -10 for this advisor, I would.

recently brought my Toyota Tacoma in for a service call to have a second key fob programmed. I purchased the vehicle at the beginning of November, and expected this to be a straightforward process. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing.
When I arrived, the service specialist Joshua Rother was dismissive and told me he knew nothing about my appointment or the request to program the fob. Rather than offering assistance or checking into the matter, he simply said I was welcome to wait two hours until Melissa, the sales representative, arrived.
As a customer, I value clear communication and respectful service. Being told to wait without any effort to resolve the issue left me feeling disregarded. I hope the dealership takes steps to improve coordination between sales and service staff, so future customers don’t encounter the same frustration. Lyn V

I can't say it was a job well done. The check engine light (which was the primary reason for the visit) came back on during my drive home from your facility. I was charged quite a bit to replace a break switch, which was apparently not the cause of the error.
Your staff was kind, the experience of being in your office was nice, but the primary reason for my visit was not addressed. I am currently out $700 and in the same position I was in yesterday.
