$165 to diagnose a sticking gas cap door is just wrong. So I didn’t get this done. . Also car was not washed at pick up. Other cars in the done line were washed but mine was not. I also waited long at desk to check in and was expecting a different service advisor. This was not typical since I have received much better service in the past.

Wrong tires were pur on. I ordered same exact as last year TRAIL ATV SNOWMOUNTAIN WINTER TIRES what they put on are not snow tires. They will not work have called 3x and noone has called back. I need to get the tires I ordered and swap these asap. Ty other than the wrong tires service department emotes are wonderful. Always friendly.

Customer Service was horrible. I waited 2 hours in the waiting room for an oil change. That is unacceptable!!! I have a car inspection next week and would like to be assigned to a different service advisor. He never contacted me directly to tell me my car was done. After 2 plus hours, I went over to him and he said it needed more work. I told him I scheduled an inspection for next week and then I still had to wait another 10 minutes for him to finish the paperwork and get the car ready! My blood pressure was sky high and I am thinking about going elsewhere for my car repairs! Very frustrating!
