I want to thank Josh Rother and everyone at Jim Shorkey Toyota for replacing the headlights in my Toyota Sienna yesterday. I really appreciate Josh’s efforts to “squeeze in” this important service for my van. I’m so glad that I don’t have to drive around Pittsburgh at night with only one functioning headlight! .

I always request Dave Rusnak. I was scheduled to be with him today per my specific request. For some reason, someone changed that and I was taken to another advisor. I walked up to Dave and explained that I had asked for him. He put me on his schedule.
I was completely pleased with him, as usual. I was not happy that someone had switched me to another advisor. I ask for Dave for a reason: he is knowledgeable, even tempered and good to work with.

My service advisor David was great no problems there. My complaint is with your overall computer system. It seems like the computers weren’t working right the text messaging system wasn’t working right and the link that they send when your car is ready for pick up that allows you to do quick pay didn’t work either.
