I told the service rep that I had purchased 4 new tires in October/November, yet was charged $199 for tire rotation. I arrived at Shorkey for my appointment at 6:45 am. I left 4 hours later. My total for inspection of a 2 year old Tacoma was $850. In addition, I received a text to check under my hood, that mechanic may have left his pliers there. I drove the 40 minutes BACK to the dealership, they opened the hood and found the pliers. He also was looking for his wrench. I’m not OK with this.

They lost the paperwork to my car so I never received the inspection report or notice that my car was ready. I never got anything stating the recall was inspected and not needed. I asked if they would put air in my tires and was told they would, but they didn't.
