For the second time after service my wheel lick socket was not put back in my vehicle and after a return trip to get it back. The mechanic, karl, was off and his tool box was locked. I was assured i would be receiving a new one and a follow up call. Have not received either

I signed up for waiting for my service, and was told when I arrived that it would be at least 2 hours since the techs were about to take lunch. I would never have agreed to waiting had I known. Your front end phone service should know better and let the customer know before committing to such a process. Otherwise the service person (Josh) was good.

Hello General manager,
In may 26,2025 I bought a new Rav 4 sale manager gave me a piece of paper 25000 miles for free oil change and tire rotation or 2 years. I did oil change on 2nd time at 8554 miles on December 23, 2025.
This morning the service employee told me I have only 1 time for tire rotation.
I am wondering should I come back to have my service in this dealer ?

Why does the car tell you maintenance required and sales people advise of the two years service included BUT of course not for the most expensive part of service, synthetic oil. Booked the appointment to include oil change, nothing said. Drop off vehicle, nothing said about not doing the oil change. Pick up, nothing said. No wonder you have a wide open schedule. Who would go back with this misleading scheme.

My car was towed to Shorkey because it would not start. The service department said it started. I insisted they check more. Turns out I needed a new auxiliary battery (hybrid). If I had not insisted, it would have happened again. When fixed, my car is great. All staff were pleasant
