Roy was very personable,knowledgeable and I enjoyed talking with him. That's very important because I don't like feeling that I'm asking too many questions, or that I'm bothering anyone. He also gave me valuable information about my tires when I was informed that one of them may need minor repair work. Thanks Roy.

In previous years, I must say that service was not the friendliest in the world, but Mike is a perfect representative of someone who makes the customer feel welcomed and valued.
