I had a 1:00 appointment for an oil change which took two hours. The service department was extremely busy, with many people waiting. Im not finding fault with any one person. Mike was not to blame for the delay. I would like to suggest a better scheduling procedure to avoid this situation.

Antonio and all of the service personnel were very accommodating. The only improvement I would recommend is the car washing. I I would recommend asking customers if they would like to have their car washed. My car was spotless when I brought it in for service. After the service the entire car was spotted from being washed. Either ask the customer or do a better job of washing.
