Customer service representatives were not friendly. I had an oil change appointment for 10am and waited in the lobby for nearly 3 hours. When I went to customer service to check the status, the person wasn’t there so I asked the next customer service representative about the status and he said rudely you have to ask the guy that checked you in. This is very silly response as all he has to do is check the computer for the status. So I waited for him to return and he checked his computer and said… oh they need to replace the lug for the tires. So I said I got to go to work so skip all that and get my car ready. I’m curious why your customer service representative are not happy?

Seems like whoever ordered parts didn’t know that ordering struts didn’t include everything needed to repair the car.
As a result it took 4 days to complete the job and cost me $2,675.05.
We have 2 cars serviced by Shorkey Toyota. Thought you might have offered some discount to a longtime customer to help me with this large expense

When I saw my tire diagram on the screen I was alarmed by the fact that my brand new tires I bought at you shop had one tire significantly diminished while the other three were exactly the same. The service tech immediately blamed "the rain" as the reason it was off. Really??? If that were the case, you would not be using this technology. You would not be posting it for me to see and question. And you would have all of the readings skewed instead of one tire. Then, as the morning progressed, every glitch and question was referenced to the rain/storms causing problems. Ie, my bill went from $180 to $265. Really? When I questioned the tire issue again at the end of my visi, I was again told to not worry it was just the rain. This gives me absolutely no confidence to return to your shop and feel like I am going to receive competent and safe advice or service.
