I was very satisfied with the service that Kate provided. She was friendly and very accommodating. But the mechanic said that there was no problem with my vehicle and the noises that I'm hearing were typical and normal for the hybrid system. I'm not 100% on board with that. My brother has a RAV4 hybrid, and I'm going to be riding from with him in the near future to see if he has the same noises.

Getting the muffler fixed was fast and easy and everything went smoothly.
The only problem is that the very next day the oil light came on and the car is not even close to being due for an oil change. It's just odd that it came on right after it was in the shop.
