I was on time for my 11:15 appt. After an hour, my truck was still parked in the parking lot. I got my keys and left. This service dept was SO much better when it was North Hills Toyota. Please sell it back to them bc you obviously don't know how to run a service department. And when I booked my appt, there were tons of open times today. How is that possible when you were obviously overbooked?

I asked them to look at my fuel door because it was bent. They charged me $140 for the "diagnostic fee". That is horrendous that they would charge me this amount to open and close my fuel door. I have been getting service here since 2017. I will no longer be getting my services at a toyota dealer any longer. Also...my comments are directed towards Toyota, not my advisor. My advisor has always been great. But if toyota is going to charge me $140 to look at my fuel door then I will take my business elsewhere. I was also going to be the market for a new vehicle soon and Toyota has now lost a future customer in that regard as well.

Hello! When I got home, I realized the skid plate was in the back of my 4Runner. When Antonio and I discussed options, he said they would use zip ties to reattach the part that no longer has brackets attached. Can we get this reinstalled?
