When retrieving my vehicle I found that the hood was not completely shut due to the oil cap being removed and sitting on the latch. As a result, there was oil splatter in the engine bay.
I went back and this was cleaned up right away, but this is not service I expect from a dealership service department, and has impacted my confidence in service. I am thankful that the mess was cleaned up after the fact, but it is unsettling to see something simple but essential was not done.
