Josip was amazing . But I did have some issues with the service intake tech who got out rate and hostile with me . I did however speak to Josip manager who did rectify the situation . I hate that the black tech with dread locs represented Toyota in a poor manner as I have always had wonderful experience in the past . I hope to never have an experience of sort moving forward . But again Josip and his manager are amazing and look forward to my experience with them in the future .

Phone persons did not call back when lines were busy and I left messages for them to call back to make my first service on my 2025 Camry. I had to call them back and the operator had an attitude. Very bad first impression. Just our first interaction was not good. Service advisor was very nice and helpful.
