Appreciate everything they did but I don’t believe they understood what the problem is. There is not a smell in the car, the smell is coming from the ventilation system. The cabin filter was changed as well as the ventilation system flushed at my 60,000 mile service but the smell is still there.

Second time o have had this rep. Second time I have had to go to check on my vehicle only to find the work had been completed but he hadn’t bothered to come get me. 1 1/2 hours for emission’s inspection. They had to page him to find him. I’ll be using a different dealer for service in the future.

Scott was very nice, service was quick and professional. The only thing I will say, when I got to my car, it had been washed, but it was still dripping wet. I have a black car and the water spots were terrible. I had to leave there and go wash my car because it looked terrible. But that's my personal opinion, I would rather it not be washed. But besides that, I'm super happy.
