This was my second experience with Josip and he is the same patient service rep. I am most grateful for his consideration. I was in for a mid- afternoon appointment and he was notified the evaluation of my car would take longer than expected. He let me know within 20 minutes so other transportation options could be made. I greatly appreciate him caring about my time. Not many people overall, especially in this region, have his character and care about small details like that. I would not be surprised at him excelling in his next career steps.

You ask for daily confirmation of the appointment through text but it appears that your customers are the ones who should be checking with you guys to ensure youre capable of doing the work.
