Brought vehicle back in for brake squeaking only to be told there was nothing they could do about it.
Could have told me that on the phone and saved me the 45 min drive.

Spoke to service department to make an appointment for an oil change because the oil maintenance light was on. I got a reminder call, my wife got a reminder call and we got a text also. Got to the appointment today to be told “you don’t need an oil change”. Light says I do! Antonio saw the light and said he would ask a tech. Will also rotate the tires too. Almost 2 hours later the car was finally done. Antonio stated that the last oil change the tech did not reset the code correctly. I asked why two hours to rotate the tires. We are behind…you couldn’t come out and say that?
So when I called for an oil change why didn’t they say you don’t need one? Or what makes you think you need an oil change? Obviously the service department knew we were coming since we were reminded 3 times? Why couldn’t Antonio not come out after an hour and say we are behind a bit? What happened to the customer service with Bommarito? It use to not be like this? We have been a customer there for over 15 years and this is not what I’m used to.
